It is with great anticipation and hope that we start the New Year for our Southern Arizona Chapter. With the many changes going on in the appraisal industry, it is important that we help keep members, associates, and other interested parties informed of the issues occurring for our industry, and in particular for the State of Arizona. In anticipation of this, we begin the year with plans for eight or nine chapter meetings. Included in those meetings, will be a joint meeting with the Phoenix chapter in the Casa Grande area and a joint meeting with the local IRWA chapter. We have planned several educational offerings for the coming year beginning with a one day USPAP course on January 27th.
